We, DAINCUBE, Inc. supply 3 essential parts of industrial Robot Controllers. These are Teach Pendants, Robot Motion Controllers and Safety Controllers (Safety PLC). We have developed “Motion Controllers” based on “EtherCAT” which is safer, more efficient and more convenient for users. In addition, we have been supplying more than 2,000 units to companies that use various industrial robots and equipment in both domestic and overseas markets.

DTP3 : Teach Pendant

Compact size, lower-priced Teach Pendant

  • Light compact size (under 300g weight)
  • More cost-effective price than in-house Teach Pendant. (discounts are offered for annual purchases of 100 units or more)
  • GUI implementation without developing extra programs in the Teach Pendant only with the controller program.

Robot Safety Controller

Safety Controller(Safety PLC) satisfied with ISO 13849-1

  • Our products passed the Safety Controller robot devices. (Satisfied with ISO 13849-1)
  • The connecting cables are perfectly organized through “safety logic” without developing extra PLC programs.
  • It is composed of double configuration in various switches & sensors.
  • Add-ons like indicators can be added. (Lamp·Alarm, etc.)
  • Monitor brake & I/O and separated.
  • Users can add peripherals by using I/O function.
  • In case of emergency, it can be stopped at maximum deceleration.
  • The safety state is transferred to the controller via EtherCAT communication.
